What size is it?
Each lithophane is approximately 4" x 6".
Can I use a photo taken on my phone?
Yes. Most modern phone photos work well when sharp, well-lit and high resolution.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photograph with the main subject easy to see.
Will my image be cropped?
Some cropping may be necessary to fit the 4×6 aspect ratio. We aim to preserve the important subjects.
Does it need a light?
A backlight reveals the image most dramatically. Use a window, lamp, LED or other light source.
Does a frame cover come with it?
No. The current product includes the custom lithophane only unless specifically stated otherwise.
How long does production take?
Normally 2–3 business days before shipment.
What if my photo isnt suitable?
We may contact you for a replacement if your photograph is too dark, blurry or low-resolution.
Can i order multiple?
Yes. Select the desired quantity when ordering.
